Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please email us at Paw@catcamshop.com. We will provide you with a return form to complete and instructions for sending the item back to our warehouse. Once we have received the returned item, we will process a full refund to the same bank account or payment method used for the original order.
Not happy? 100% money back
You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it, hassle-free. Please note that the product may only be used in the same way you would test it in a store. Trying it on your cat is absolutely fine, but we kindly ask that your furry friend doesn’t take it on any adventures just yet.
How to cancel my order?
Changed your mind? You ordered the Cat Cam Pro, but you no longer need it. No problem! Contact us as soon as possible. If the product hasn’t been shipped yet (we process shipments at the end of the day), you’ll receive a full refund to the same bank account or payment method used for your order.
If the product has already been shipped, we kindly refer you to our return policy.
